Product Use & Disclaimer
All products created by Fuller’s Fabrication are intended as decorative metal artwork unless otherwise stated. Products are not certified, rated, or guaranteed for any structural, safety-critical, or industrial use.
Certain products, including but not limited to fire pits, outdoor metal items, or functional decor, involve inherent risks when used. Customers assume all responsibility for proper use, installation, placement, supervision, and maintenance of these products.
Fuller’s Fabrication is not responsible for injuries, property damage, fires, or accidents resulting from improper use, misuse, modification, or failure to follow basic safety precautions.
Fire Pit & Outdoor Product Disclaimer
Fire pits and outdoor metal products must be used responsibly and in accordance with local laws, fire regulations, and safety guidelines.

Fire pits should never be left unattended while in use.

Products must be placed on appropriate, non-flammable surfaces.

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe placement and operation.
Fuller’s Fabrication assumes no liability for damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of fire pits or outdoor metal products.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Many of our products are custom fabricated based on customer-selected options or customer-supplied designs. Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details, sizes, colors, and customization information prior to submitting an order.
Once production begins, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
Intellectual Property & Customer-Provided Designs
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any logos, images, text, or designs submitted for customization.
By submitting a design, the customer confirms they own the rights to the design or have permission to use it. Fuller’s Fabrication is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations related to customer-provided content.
Original designs created by Fuller’s Fabrication remain the property of Fuller’s Fabrication unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fuller’s Fabrication shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products.
Our total liability, if any, shall be limited to the purchase price of the product.
