All of our products are made to order and many are customized or personalized specifically for each customer. Because of this, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom or made-to-order items.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue and the packaging. After reviewing the information, we will determine the best resolution, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear after delivery.
Order Cancellations
Because our products are made on demand, orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has started.
