Subscriptions & Recurring Purchases

 

 

• Subscription charges recur automatically based on the selected billing cycle.

• Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their customer account or by contacting us at [your email address].

• Once a subscription is canceled, no future charges will occur.

 

 

Payments & Refunds

 

 

• Subscription payments already processed are non-refundable.

• Canceling a subscription does not refund previous charges but will prevent future billing.

 

 

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

 

 

• If a subscription includes custom or made-to-order items, those items are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

• Orders already in production at the time of cancellation cannot be refunded or canceled.
